💰 $10 Deposit Required Before Claiming
A $10 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required before you can begin claiming merchandise during our TikTok Live shopping events.
- Your deposit must be paid before claiming any items.
- No merchandise will be held without a paid deposit.
- Your $10 deposit will be applied toward your final purchase total.
- Deposits are non-refundable for customer cancellations, abandoned boxes, or failure to complete payment.
- Please only claim items you are financially prepared to purchase.

When you claim an item during our live, you are committing to purchasing it.
PLEASE ONLY CLAIM MERCHANDISE YOU ARE PREPARED TO PURCHASE AND PAY FOR!
- Do not claim items you are unsure about purchasing.
- Do not claim merchandise simply to hold it.
- Please make sure you have the funds available before claiming.
- All claims are considered purchase commitments, subject to our stated policies.
Claiming items removes them from availability for other customers.
⏰ 24-Hour Payment Deadline
FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
Once your shopping box or basket is finalized, you have 24 hours to complete payment of the remaining balance.
If payment is not received within 24 hours:
- Your entire box will be released.
- All claimed merchandise will become available for resale.
- Your $10 deposit will be forfeited.
- Your order will be canceled.
- No additional holds or extensions will be granted.
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE 24-HOUR PAYMENT DEADLINE.
We will not chase customers, send repeated payment reminders, or extend unpaid baskets.
It is your responsibility to complete payment on time.
🚫 No Cancellations, Refunds, or Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where otherwise required by law.
Once merchandise has been claimed, customer-requested cancellations, changes of mind, and exchanges are not accepted.
Non-refundable deposits will not be returned for abandoned or unpaid orders.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue as appropriate.
🚨 Three Non-Payments = Blocked
We value our customers and appreciate everyone who supports our small business.
However, repeated unpaid claims negatively affect our inventory and other shoppers.
After three instances of non-payment, you will be blocked from participating in future C2Z Pressed Inc. live shopping events.
This policy helps us maintain a fair shopping environment and ensures merchandise remains available to serious buyers.

We completely understand that unexpected situations happen, and we have always tried to be flexible and accommodating.
Unfortunately, unpaid baskets, canceled orders, and extended merchandise holds are no longer sustainable for our small business.
When customers claim items without completing payment:

- Other customers miss opportunities to purchase.
- Inventory remains tied up in unpaid baskets.
- Our business loses opportunities to restock and introduce new products.
- Additional time is spent managing abandoned orders.

- Review your finalized shopping box and remaining balance.
- Complete payment through our designated checkout process within 24 hours.
- Once full payment is received, your order will move into processing.
Order Processing: 1–4 business days before shipping.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
