Welcome to C2Z Pressed Inc.! By accessing our website, purchasing products, or participating in our TikTok Live shopping events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable laws.
Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Store Policies
C2Z Pressed Inc. offers UV DTF transfers, DTF heat transfers, badge reels, ID badges, craft supplies, accessories, and other merchandise.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline transactions for legitimate business reasons.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizes, colors, and quantities before purchasing.
We do not accept custom orders.
2. All Sales Are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS.
Due to the nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect sizes or quantities ordered
Customer application errors
Improper handling or product misuse
Failure to follow product care or application instructions
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable consumer protection laws.
3. TikTok Live Shopping Rules
To maintain a fair and organized shopping experience, the following rules apply to all TikTok Live shopping events.
$10 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED
A $10 deposit is required before customers can claim merchandise.
Deposits are applied toward the customer’s final purchase total.
Deposits are nonrefundable for customer cancellations, unpaid claims, or failure to complete payment, except where otherwise required by law.
Customers should only claim items they are prepared to purchase.
24-HOUR PAYMENT DEADLINE
Full payment must be received within 24 hours of the payment request.
Unpaid merchandise will be released and made available to other customers.
Failure to complete payment within the deadline will result in forfeiture of the deposit, subject to applicable law.
We do not provide extended holds or repeatedly contact customers for unpaid balances.
After three unpaid claims, customers may be blocked from participating in future Live sales.
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. However, unpaid baskets, cancellations, and extended holds prevent other customers from purchasing available merchandise.

4. Payments and Checkout
Payments must be completed through our approved checkout or payment methods.
Orders are not considered fully paid until payment has been successfully received.
Customers are responsible for applicable shipping charges and taxes.
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
Payment disputes are subject to applicable laws and payment-provider policies.
5. Shipping and Delivery
C2Z Pressed Inc. strives to process and ship orders promptly.
Processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume.
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping fees.
Once USPS accepts a package, delivery is handled by the carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
If a package is lost, damaged, or undelivered, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist with available carrier claims or legally required remedies.
6. UV DTF and DTF Transfer Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for following all product application and care instructions.
C2Z Pressed Inc. is not responsible for damage resulting from:
Incorrect heat press temperature, pressure, or timing
Improper surface preparation
Incorrect application techniques
Applying transfers to unsuitable materials
Improper washing, cleaning, or handling
We strongly recommend reviewing application instructions before using any transfer products.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
We will review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution. The 48-hour reporting request does not eliminate any rights provided by law.
8. Product Availability
All merchandise is subject to availability.
Items claimed during TikTok Live events are not guaranteed until the applicable deposit or payment requirements have been satisfied.
We reserve the right to correct listing errors, inventory discrepancies, and inaccurate product information.
If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
9. Product Images and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products.
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Customers should review all product information before purchasing.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content, original product photographs, business branding, and original designs owned by C2Z Pressed Inc. may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without authorization.
Third-party trademarks, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any associated intellectual property rights.
11. Customer Conduct
We expect respectful communication during all customer interactions.
We reserve the right to refuse future service, where legally permitted, to customers who engage in harassment, fraudulent activity, repeated nonpayment, or abusive behavior.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, C2Z Pressed Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper product use or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to Terms
C2Z Pressed Inc. may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases where prohibited by law.
