Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all product descriptions, sizes, quantities, and photos carefully before purchasing.
No Refunds or Exchange
No refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, incorrect sizing, or application errors.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper application, incorrect heat settings, or failure to follow product instructions.
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not accepted.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Incorrect addresses requiring reshipment will result in additional shipping fees.
Once USPS accepts a package, we are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
TikTok Live Sales
A $10 nonrefundable deposit is required before claiming merchandise.
Full payment must be received within 24 hours.
Unpaid orders will be released, and deposits will be forfeited.
After three unpaid claims, customers may be blocked from future Live sales.
All Live sales are final.
