Our standard processing time is 1–4 business days before shipping. This does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Yes! Tracking information will be provided when available once your order ships.
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once your package has been accepted by USPS, carrier delays and delivery issues are outside our control. Please contact USPS for delivery assistance. You may also reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately! If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to assist with correcting the address.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply before reshipping.

Q: What is a UV DTF transfer?
UV DTF transfers are adhesive designs that can be applied to compatible hard, smooth surfaces without a heat press. They’re great for decorating glass cups, tumblers, and other suitable items.
Q: Do I need a heat press for UV DTF transfers?
No! UV DTF transfers are applied using pressure, not heat.
Q: Can UV DTF transfers be removed or repositioned?
UV DTF transfers are designed for permanent application. Once applied, they generally cannot be repositioned without damaging the transfer.
Q: Are UV DTF transfers dishwasher-safe?
We recommend hand washing only for decorated drinkware. Avoid dishwashers, microwaves, and prolonged soaking.
Q: Can I apply UV DTF transfers to any surface?
UV DTF transfers work best on clean, dry, smooth, nonporous surfaces. We recommend testing surface compatibility before application.
Q: What if I damage my transfer during application?
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund transfers damaged due to incorrect application or improper use.
